What Does the Fraser Valley Real Estate Market Mean for Buyers and Sellers in 2026?
The Fraser Valley real estate market in 2026 is giving buyers and sellers something that has been harder to find in recent years: time.
For buyers, there are more properties to consider, less pressure to make an immediate decision and, in many situations, more opportunity to negotiate.
For sellers, the market requires a different approach. Simply putting a home on the market and expecting multiple offers is no longer a reliable strategy. Pricing, preparation, marketing and negotiation all matter.
But there is an important point that often gets lost when people talk about the Fraser Valley real estate market:
